How long will it take to receive my card? For handmade cards, processing time will be 5-7 days. For custom illustrated cards, processing time is 2-4 days. For freestyled cards processing time is 7-10 days. This does not include the shipping time. Shipping will typically take 3-7 business days. Pick up options are available. Pease take this into consideration when purchasing. 

How can I pickup my card? If you select a pickup option, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup time slots are Tuesday-Friday 3-7 pm. Please let us know which day and time to pickup your card. You can text 313-404-8475 to confirm pick up day and time. Please be prompt. If you don't come during the time you select, you will have to wait the next available day. 

How to order a custom card? On our site, there will be a section to upload photos and customize your message. For freestyled cards, you can write a description on how you want your card to look, theme, colors, etc. Write your custom message, and upload any photos you may want to use. You will be sent an email to approve your freestyle card design, once approved your card will be made, and sent out (or you can pick up).

Can I exchange or return my card? We only accept exchanges if you order a pre-made card without customizations, or if you order a product that doesn't have customizations. If your card/item is customized in any way, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another. We currently do not accept returns. Exchanges only select items.

Why do handmade cards cost more? Handmade cards are more expensive because they require more attention to detail and more materials are used. Also, our handmade cards are more customizable making them more time consuming.
