Refund policy

At Ohmysentiment, each card is made with care, creativity, and personal attention. Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, certain items are not eligible for return. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

    •    All custom or personalized greeting cards (including name, message, photo, or illustration requests) are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.

    •    Please review all spelling, dates, and details carefully before approving your order. Ohmysentiment is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

    •    For ready-made or non-personalized cards, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

    •    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    •    If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing or fulfillment error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

    •    We will happily replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.

    •    Photos of the damage or error may be required for claim processing.

 •    Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not yet started.

    •    Once a custom design is in progress or approved for printing, cancellation is no longer possible.

   Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

    •    You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
