Shipping policy
Processing time is typically 3-5 business days. For custom orders we need additional time (5-10) business days depending on the complexity of the design. Once your order ships you will receive tracking information via email. We ship via USPS First class mail, ground advantage, or priority mail depending on how large your order is. Delivery times may vary, depending on the time of the year. During holidays orders may be delayed to due high volume of orders the carrier may have. Please place orders sooner during busy times of year. Typically deliveries are between 3-7 days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Handmade cards, candles, and other products that may be heavily decorated, or higher in weight automatically come with tracking. You have the option to choose between first class mail (no tracking), and ground advantage (tracking) when you purchase an illustrated card. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED, OR MISDELIVERED ITEMS. Please double check addresses before checking out. Once your order has been processed and shipped we cannot make any changes.

If you're located in the Metro Detroit area and select the pickup option, we will email you once your order is ready and send the location via email.
